•Ensure that Alberta’s pristine environment is protected• No new coal mining on the Eastern Slopes• A “water first” perspective will be applied to projects• Enforcement of rules and regulation for well clean up(polluter pays) and conditions of licences• Respect for Indigenous lands and perspectives first• Timely, transparent reporting of violations of environmental conditions• Collaborate with industry and stakeholders to set targets for emission reductions
